Defiant LLC is committed to your satisfaction. This policy covers all customers worldwide, with additional statutory rights for EU/EEA customers as required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

EU & EEA CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Exemptions from right of withdrawal:

  • Sealed hygiene items unsealed after delivery
  • Custom or personalized items made to your specification

EU Return Shipping: EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

EU Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return, via the original payment method. Standard outbound shipping is refunded; premium shipping upgrades are not.

ALL CUSTOMERS — GENERAL RETURNS

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original or equivalent packaging

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend a tracked service — Defiant cannot process returns for packages lost in transit.

Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS — ALL CUSTOMERS

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@defiantad.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect or incorrect item

We will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
