All Defiant orders ship from the United States via USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Duties, Taxes & VAT
All international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.
- EU orders: VAT may be collected on orders valued under €150 per EU regulations. Orders over €150 may be held at customs until duties are paid.
- All other international orders: customs fees vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility.
- Defiant does not pre-collect VAT or duties on international orders at this time.
- We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue declared amounts — this is a legal requirement.
If you have questions about estimated duties for your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Tracking
All international shipments include a USPS tracking number sent via email once your order ships. Please note:
- Tracking updates may be limited once your package leaves the United States and is handed off to your local postal carrier.
- For real-time local tracking, use your country's national postal service website with the same tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking number for the latest status
- Contact your local post office or customs authority — packages are sometimes held without notification
- Reach out to us at support@defiantad.com if your package shows no movement for 30+ days
Defiant is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal carriers, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs — we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot process returns for lost packages
- Exchanges — we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order to avoid extended wait times
- Defective or incorrect items — contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@defiantad.com and we will cover return shipping or issue a replacement at no cost
