Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@defiantad.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before the order ships.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–10 business days. International orders typically take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We are not able to predict or cover these costs.
Sizing
How do your products fit?
Our apparel runs in standard unisex sizing. Check the product description for specific fit notes. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Custom or limited-edition items may be final sale — check the product page for details.
How do I start a return?

Are your products officially licensed?
Yes — all Stout merch sold on Defiant is official, licensed merchandise.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some items are limited runs and may not be restocked. Follow us on social media or sign up for updates to be the first to know about new drops.
